Four person teams…2008 reps for time!
Only one person works at a time (except during Burpees at the very end). Divide the reps how ever you want. Complete the exercises in the following order…
500 Box Jumps
500 Push Press (45 lbs.)
500 Jumping Pull Ups
500 Squats
8 Burpees (done together as a team)

Complete one round of the below exercises every minute on the minute for thirty minutes. Continue for as long as you are able to keep up, then record number of rounds completed to comments.

Rest Day

100 Overhead Squats for time. (95# / 65#)
The bar starts from the ground not on the rack.
Also, on every minute, you must stop the squats and do 5 pull ups.
