Run 5k
There are several of us meeting for a run on the boardwalk at 0900am.
Meet at the intersection of the boardwalk and 2nd street.
Memorial Day is a time to remember the U.S. men and woman who lost their lives serving their country. Think about someone you know who gave their life while serving.
I saw this photo on CrossFit Coronado’s website a few months ago and came across it again on Saturday. Thought you guys might like to see how fit you can become by running 75-100+ miles a week….
Remember that our goal as CrossFitters is to be able to perform well across a wide range of physical demands.
