Free Introductory Workout @ 10:30 for anyone interested in learning more about CrossFit.
**We will be running a clinic for members wanting to improve their skills on Deadlift, Sumo DL High Pull and Med Ball Cleans @ 9:30.

Post lowest scores to comments.
Tabata is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds or 4 minutes per exercise. Your score is calculated by the lowest number of reps completed on one round. You will complete 8 full rounds of one exercise before moving to the next. There will be a 1 min rest between exercises.
