  3. I saw the shirt on the FB site “CrossFit Girls Kick Ass”. The girl that makes them is a “fan” and I sent her a message that I wanted one! The back of the shirt says ” Breathe Later” in bling. Glad you were focused on the bling…all I saw were my fat hips :)

    Kristin, OUCH!!!!! At least you did not break it! I chipped my front tooth on a push jerk that went out of control :)

    Sadly, I missed the WOD due to EXTREME baby sitting…..it was almost a work out keeping up with the 4 1/2 year old. I am trying not to obsess over the fact that I missed the WOD. I was even going to bite the bullet and come to the PM class but we have a going away dinner to attend. I know…way too much information…..I can’t help myself. I have mesage board diarrhea!

    looking good Carol! Made it out to Fallon, NV for three weeks. No CrossFit gym so I’ll have to do with what is here….

    Saturday – last Monday’s OHS/pullup/Burpee WOD – 7;30
    Sunday – Snowboarding (1st time!) for 4 hours. Painful, but a lot of fun.
    Monday – Run 4 miles…60 Squats/60 Pushups every mile… 43:07 – The 4,000 foot elevation really got me at the end of that one.
