Move over gals….Marc is my new best friend!! Thanks Marc for the compliment…and it is always nice to have a fireman/paramedic close at hand. We had a little toddler emergency this AM and Marc gave the advice to remove foreign object that was stuck up little boy’s nose!

Carli, thanks from preventing me from killing myself with more slam balls than necessary. (I forgot to do squats in the second round and continued with the SB until Carli gently pointed it out. I think I get extra credit for that!

Rx’d pull ups but knee push ups. Bummer. I had every intention of doing as many regular push ups as possible….until I finished the pull ups and looked at my hands! Ouch!!
