Time ???? – My watch battery died in the middle of the workout! I hate that…
Deadlifts – 225#, Rx’d
The weighted lunges were killing me, my shoulders were so tired. Great workout, I only wish I knew my time. I love getting the funny stares from everyone in the gym while I’m doing my workouts, especially Double Unders and Olympic lifts.

We’ve been battling the Pukavirus at my house. F.U.N. I did attempt the WOD… however, I don’t really remember my time. All I know was I don’t know what was worse… feeling like I was giving birth or having a numb right foot. Miserable. Probably THE worst I’ve ever felt during a WOD.
