    Ahhhhhh….Amber , where were you??

    OK…..so I am “shrug” challenged! I either don’t shrug,shrug too soon, shrug too late! Geez! Heather suggested that I just walk around my house shrugging and every time my husband ask me a question, I am just going to shrug my shoulders. Sooner or later it has to become a “shrug memory”!

OK Carol, here we go:): first of all – I hate coming so late to the gym when pretty much everyone else is gone and doing the the WOD by myself – it’s just not the same, not to mention that I can barely make it to the gym like twice a week since the fire academy started…Second – I have no clue how to make the whole avatar thing work…As of today’s WOD – leg burner, it kinda took away the bad feeling I had from skipping yesterday’s WOD…:)

    Much better. Now I know what is going on in your life. Obviously Brian and Greg did not read my comment. We are all rooting for you and very proud of all our para-medics and fireman at CFO. We are blessed to have so many “heros” amongst us!! Civilian and military!
