  7. Marc 37/205 OK, Saturdays don’t typically get many comments,but I have to say Kristen wins the bad ass of the day award with her #275 DL (with a smile during the lift). It was inspiring. Unfortunately my WOD was done. Did Thursday’s WOD 17:47 w/DU SU mix.

    Did Monday’s WOD: 21:09 (ok, slow but it was REALLY windy today for the running part!)
    45# PP and 25# KB. Should have gone to 50 # PP…next time. Heather is inspiring to push myself.

    Wow, what a great crowd this AM. I have so many things to comment about so here it goes:

    1. LOVE the new shirts. Great design Kristin.

    2. Kristin, besides being talented with your camera and graphic designs you are one hell of a strong lady. Congrats on the big time DL!!!

    3. Georgi, you have a lot on your plate so I will cut you some slack on your short message board comments.

    4. Jeff, nice talking with you this AM. Now you know my message board expectations so I expect great things from you.

    5. Lee, so nice to finally have a face to face conversation. Thanks for filling me in on all the CFO stuff I miss at night. Sorry you can’t have my bling t-shirt!

    6. Danielle……any day now on the muscle up. You looked so strong!

    7. Jess, I did not know you could do rx’d pull ups. I am in awe of all that can accomplish that feat! Glad you are feeling 100%!

    I did Fridays WOD in 14:xx, ultra slow, but I wanted to do it right. Coordination has been my enemy lately it seems.

    Its been great meeting everybody, I’ll do my best to remember all the names.

    Carol, nice chatting with you today. I’ll see what I can do about holding up my part online.

    not even writing my time down b/c it sucked but did DT and it was frustrating since I used 70#…..

    Carol, I just want to say you have an amazing memory b/c I don’t remember who I talked to at the gym, let alone what we talked about so when I read your blogs, I’m like, oh yeah….. you seriously need to publish your posts in the first CFO book =) You are amazing and inspiring and make every one at the gym feel special!!!! Love you lady!!!!
