Starting today, March 8th, we are opening a 5:30 am and 6:30 am class every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We will also be bringing back our noon class in the form of Open Gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 12-1:30 pm

7 Rds 40#snatches and toes on box for HSPU
It’s workouts like these that highlight my weaknesses (I can squat more than 40# but landing in a squat with the bar over my head is a completely different story). I feel good about working on something that is not a strength, knowing that next time I’ll be stronger and better at it

Not too many rounds but excited I did the HSPU Rx’d (kipping)..first time doing them in a workout without an ab mat. Some of them I’m sure were a little suspect, but definitely had some good ones in the mix.
Special shout out to my mom for her first crossfit workout tonight! She did awesome!

First time at Crossfit Odyssey and really enjoyed it. Everyone was super nice which made it easier for my first visit.
My hspu’s really slowed me down after the 3rd round as I had to start doing 2 or 3 at a time until I hit 5. Anyhow, I got them done and my legs were burned out. Great WOD

WOW! Busy night and a lot of new faces! Everyone did great, especially with such a technical lift. So, in order to perfect this lift or any other exercise, you have to take some time during your warmup to work on them, or even after your WOD…this is the ticket to achieving new milestones!
