Great job girls this morning on being so strong!!! And Chad, you’re amazing! I think you used every bumper in the gym on your lifts! And so cute to watch Hudson going through like 3 different workouts.

Bummer Ben. It worked for most of us. I am not very techy so can’t help you. Maybe another member can give you some advice. Family comes first! You can make up the work out on Saturday!
Marc 37/205 not my best WOD. PP went well, but when I got to the second set of PJ’s, not so good. I consistantly failed at the same weight, rufused to go down. Mike, good working with you. You have a lot of natural strength. Once you get the technique down you’ll kill it on the weight. Thanks Sarah for the motivation, it will have to happen next time. PP 115,135,155,175 PJ 155, 185Fx4. 5 rope climbs (was that extra credit or part of the WOD)
