AMRAP in 12 minutes of:
7 Power Cleans (135#/95#) click here
10 Ring Push Ups or 10 Dynamic Push Ups
After the AMRAP, rest as needed, then complete a 500m row for time before you leave.

WOO HOO…I love CFO! Had the best time this morning. I LOVE all the people there!
5 RDS plus 7 PC (60 #) and 3 knee ring push ups. Went up 10# in my PC. YEAH…still need to pull it in the pocket. I will do it or die trying!

Marc 37/205 I hate like hell to miss the WOD, but gotta work some time. We had our bi annual PT test for work and PR’d on my mile and half run. Been holding 10:10 for two years, today was a 9:30. The only change was CFO. This stuff works. Thanks Odyssey.

Nice job Marc. Looks like I’ve been missing some great workouts with the doors open and some large morning crews. It’s still cold out here but at least I get to go snowboarding on the weekends. See you all in a week and a half.

I hate rowing. Being so short, I feel like that really small sprocket on a mountain bike when you put it in such a high gear. I can row really fast, but I don’t go anywhere in a hurry!

Ill have to agree with you Brian. I think you should give up rowing all together. Maybe you should give up running to. Cause you kind of look the same doing both.
