OK, this is the first time I have not wanted to go to CFO after seeing the WOD. I can’t even feed myself my arms are so toasted from those damn ring push ups. What to do???

The last time I did Turkish get-ups, I spent half the workout on the floor sucking air. This time I spent much less time on the floor, but it still took about 43:20 (I’d have to check the board to make sure). TGUs were slow and painful. First set with 35# for TGU, 25# thereafter. Otherwise as Rx.
34:03, with 45# jumping squats, and a 45# DB for TGU
Good workout since we’ve been hitting quite a few short ones lately.

Yesterday it was WOO HOO…today was a challenge for the uncoordinated! Man those TGU are something else. Amber…doing them treated, all I can say is WOW and double WOW! Heather, you looked like a freakin ballerina you were so smooth! Jess, great time!
My time was: 42:38 using 30# bar, 10# for TGU and 8# for med ball sit ups.
Carli, since I can’t jump I did not do them but watching the others, they laid the bar over their shoulders and basically did an air squat but came up with a little jump. Hopefully Heather will be on the message board and ex[plain it better. I really am the last person to be giving out CF technique advice

Ben, I am not sure if knee guards are one of Sara’s pet peeves as are the work out gloves. Try it and see what her reaction is….lol. I am pretty sure most everyone in the gym would laugh but they are functional. My knees are shredded…for real! Have fun tonight!
