    It was wack, but I kind of liked it. Chad is written all over it! I see why you posted the WOD and then left town. I’m in for a CF Century! Fun times

    It’s one pullup on the minute after a shot of beer for 100 pullups. Burpee penalty for puking. Cam’s going to be my beer beatch so he can ensure I take full shots this time. I was working on building up my tolerance last night. Thanks Kiwi girls!
