Team Sevens (Time)
7rounds, 7 reps each of:
HSPUs (sub L-sit DB press or piked push ups),
Thrusters (135/95 scale weight as needed),
Knees to Elbows,
Deadlifts (185/135 scale weight as needed),
Burpees,
KB Swings (70/55 scale weight as needed),
Pullups
*Teams of 2, one person works at a time, partners alternate elements until have completed a total of 7 rounds each (14 rounds total)
