10 leg swings

8 toe taps

6 scorpion stretch

4 push up to down dog

Then 100m run

High 5

2 rounds

30 seconds max effort/ 3 min rest

Station 1 Max wattage on bike

Station 2 max lateral burpees

Station 3 100m run

Need for speed-ish (Time)

3 rounds for time

8 cal bike

6 lateral burpees over the line

400m run
