5 db snatches left arm

8 burpees over the dumbbell

5 db snatches right arm

10 cal row

4 db snatches left arm

8 burpees over the dumbbell

4 db snatches right arm

And so on down to 1 then….. go right back up 2 to 5

time cap 13 min
