Get them lungs ready
EMOM with a twist
EMOM 7 rounds (35min total)
Min 1: Jump rope cross overs 40-60 reps
Min 2: burpee rollovers 8-12 reps
Min 3: 100m shuttles (2 down and back at 50m)
Min 4: Alternating leg V-UPS 8-12 reps ( L touch then R touch equal one rep)
Min 5: Rest
