Overhead Squats

Warm-Up (No Measure)

Three Rounds

Bike 8/5 Calories

Over/Under PVC Set Up on Rig x 6-8

4 Burpee Broad Jump

…then

Line Drills (Add 5-10 Air Squats at the end of each and jog back)

Straight Leg Kicks

High Knees

Butt Kickers

A-Jumps

Bunny Hops

Alternating Reverse Lunge

Metcon

Mixed-Modal Bodyweight (Intense Intervals) (5 Rounds for time)

Every 6 minutes, for 30 minutes (5 sets) for times:

15 Wall Ball Shots

30 Double-Unders

400 Meter Run

Please note times for each set and then sum them for total working time.
