30 Seconds of Slow Controlled Dead Bugs

Then, with a Moderate Kettlebell, complete two rounds of:

10 x D umbbell Death March

16 x Goblet Alternating Reverse Lunges 8/Side

Lastly, complete 2 rounds of “The Eagle” at workout weight and intensity.

Eight rounds for max load of:

8 Kettlebell Front Squats

20-Meter Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry

Goal < 5 minutes
Time Cap – 8 minutes

Strength (Part B)

BSS + Row (Weight)

Three sets of:

Bulgarian Split Squats x 8 reps each leg @ 3111

Rest while partner works

Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8 reps each arm @ 2111

Rest while partner work
Please record heaviest load used for BSS.
