Basic & Performance

back squat: 75%x3x10 sets

front squats: 75%x3 x 3

 

Then:

Against a 5 minute running clock, complete:

  • 500 Meter Row
  • 50 Kettlebell Swings
  • Burpees x Max reps or Pull ups for performance
  • Rest 5 minutes between sets, and complete a total of two sets.
