This class is designed for people who are looking for a high-intensity cardiovascular exercise, and a fantastic community of other supportive people looking to get into great shape. We still focus on general strength and skill work, however with lighter weights and more basic movements.

Our Mercury classes are designed to help you shed body fat and feel your best. CrossFit Mercury is CrossFit without the technical Olympic lifts and heavy barbell work. We focus on getting the heart pumping and the calories burning.
