CROSSFIT KIDS

 

CrossFit Teens (ages 13-18)

A class for middle or high school students to create better athletes. If you are involved in a sport, we will prime you for your sport, and if you are not, we will make you more fit.

CrossFit Kids (ages 6-12)

Tues/Thurs 5:30PM – 6:30PM

CrossFit Odyssey is a place for families. It is a place where mom and dad can come workout while the kids can take classes designed especially for them. It is also a place where kids can workout with their parents (for certain ages and class times). Kids classes are designed to instruct children in proper movement and help them build the skills for a healthy life and be better at sports but in a more fun programming environment designed for their specific needs.

Tigers (CrossFit Kids for ages 3-5)

A CrossFit-style fun class for kids age 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 of movement, games and discipline to learn simple coordination, listening skills and major muscle development.
