pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, CORONA At-Home Workouts – SUB LUNGES, BURPEES for Push Presses and Overhead Squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

Wall Slides x 10 @ 3131

Russian Baby Makers x 10

1-Arm Overhead DB Squats x 10 each arm

Single-Leg Jumps x 10

Strength/Skill

Every 2 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets of each):

Station 1 – Split-Stance Romanian Deadlift x 8 reps each leg @ 4011

Station 2 – Ab-Wheel or Plank Knees to SAME elbow x 12-15 reps each arm

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:

14 Kettlebell Swings

14 V-Ups

Accessory Work

30-40 Minute Run @ Conversational Pace (ideally outside if the weather permits and social distancing with a friend!)
