pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, push presses, overhead squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

Overhead Movement Prep

Spend 5-10 minutes on Pre-Run Warm-Up Drills

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for time)

Every 8 minutes, for 32 minutes (4 sets) for times of:

400 Meter Run

30 Shoulder to Overhead (115/75 lbs) OR DB S2OH

20 Toes to Bar OR 20 V-Ups or Hanging Leg Raises

500 Meter Row
