  • 40 Box Jumps (24/20″)
  • 40 Pull-Ups
  • 40 KB Swings (55/35#)
  • 40 Lunges
  • 40 KB Push Press (same KB)
  • 40 Wall Ball (20/14#)
  • 40 Burpees
  • 40 Sit-Ups

While partner A does the box jumps partner B does 15 MB Cleans, when partner A finishes box jumps they switch…this continues until partner b finishes the sit ups.
