Team Whitten – 5 rounds for time of:

400m run

22 burpees

22 wallballs (20/14)

22 kb swings (70/35)

22 boxjumps (24/20)

Teams of 2

perform run together, then only one partner works at a time; divide up reps as you desire but must do elements in order and complete an element before moving to next element; repeat for a total of 5 rounds
