In Teams of 2 complete one task then the other partner completes the same task

20 minute AMRAP:

  • 6 Deadlifts, 225/155 (can use different weight)
  • 7 Burpee Pull ups – bar should be about 6″ above max reach
  • 10 KBS, AHAP
  • 200 Meter Run (run together)


  • Odd: : 40 back extensions on floor
  • Even: :20 Weighted Kb sit up press

Cash Out: 5×10-15 evil wheels or Ring in/outs
