Complete 3 rounds of each exercise before moving on to the next.

400m run

22 burpees

22 wallballs (20/14)

22 kb swings (70/35)

22 boxjumps (24/20)

In Teams of 2 perform the run together, then only one partner works at a time; divide up reps as you desire but must do elements in order and complete an element before moving to next element; repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
