pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, push presses, overhead squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

Tabata of:

4 each (16 total rounds of :20/:10)

pulse straddles

squat jumps

plank shoulder taps

lunge steps


Metcon (Time)

In Teams of 3, one person works at a time, may divide reps any way you like but must do elements in order

100 deadlifts

80 hang power cleans

60 front squats

40 jerks

20 thrusters

(use same bar and weight for all; RX is 135/95)

Every minute on the minute, all 3 people must stop and complete 5 burpees
