pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, CORONA At-Home Workouts – SUB LUNGES, BURPEES for Push Presses and Overhead Squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

Three rounds of:

Side Hand/Elbow Plank Hip Taps x 10 reps

Elbow Plank Arch/Hollow x 10 reps

Skydivers x 10 reps

Hollow Body Crunches x 10 reps

Bent-over Reverse Crunches x 10 reps


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Team Odd Object Fight Gone Bad

Teams of 2 – each person works for 30seconds

5 rounds of 1 minute work in each station with 1 minute rest after every 5 rounds (29 minutes)…

sledge hammer

yoke carry

battle ropes

burpee tire jumps (in and out)
