pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, CORONA At-Home Workouts – SUB LUNGES, BURPEES for Push Presses and Overhead Squats

Core #14 (No Measure)

3 sets of:

Side Hand/Elbow Plank Hip Taps x 10 reps

Elbow Plank Arch/Hollow x 10 reps

Skydivers x 10 reps

Hollow Body Crunches x 10 reps

Bent-over Reverse Crunches x 10 reps

Team Kelly+ (Time)

5 rounds for time of:

400m run (each runs 200m)

30 burpee box jumps (24/20)

30 wallballs (20/14)

Teams of 2, only one partner works at at time; each partner runs 200m relay style, then complete BBJO divided any way they want, then complete wallballs divided any way they want; repeat for a total of 5 rounds
