  • 10 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
  • 10 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
  • 10 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups

If you make it through all of that in the first 3 minutes…

3 minute AMRAP

  • 12 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
  • 12 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
  • 12 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
  • 12 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups

If you make it through all of that in the first 3 minutes…

3 minute AMRAP

  • 14 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
  • 14 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
  • 14 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
  • 14 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups

Continue adding 3 minutes and 2 more reps (16,18,20,22,24…) until you can not complete all reps in the 3 minutes.
