- 10 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
- 10 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
If you make it through all of that in the first 3 minutes…
3 minute AMRAP
- 12 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
- 12 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
- 12 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
- 12 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
If you make it through all of that in the first 3 minutes…
3 minute AMRAP
- 14 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
- 14 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
- 14 Overhead Squats (95/65) scale at (65/45)
- 14 Chest-to bar Pullups – scale to chin over bar pullups
Continue adding 3 minutes and 2 more reps (16,18,20,22,24…) until you can not complete all reps in the 3 minutes.
