Overhead Squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

with a medball:

10x straight leg Sumo Deadlift

2x each arm Med Ball half Turkish Getup

10x Straight leg med ball DL

10 each rotational ball tosses each side

Metcon

Metcon (Time)

3 rounds for time in teams of 2:

50 cal row

40 wallballs

30 situps

20 burpees

10 tire flips

Only one partner works at a time, divide up reps as desired but must do elements in order.
