pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, CORONA At-Home Workouts – SUB LUNGES, BURPEES for Push Presses and Overhead Squats
Metcon
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
15 Minute AMRAP Teams of 3 –
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
50 Double-Unders
10 DB Ground to Overhead
15 Hand Release Push Ups
20 Goblet Squats
Person 1 Runs 400 meters, Person 2 Completes as many reps as possible and person 3 holdd a DB overhead. When run is finished, person 2 begins holding DB, person 3 completes the run and person 1 starts the AMRAP where the last person left off.
Rest 5 minutes, and then…
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 Alternating Reverse Lunges
20 KB Swings
30 Sit-Ups
