hammer curls x 10

dead bug palloff touches x 10 each

skater squats with counter move x 10 each leg

For time in teams of 2, partners run together but break up other elements as desired:

Run 800m

70 hand release pushups

Run 400m

70 power cleans (135/95)

Run 200m

70 bar facing burpees
