HARDER: In teams of two, complete the following for time:

(IF completing alone, do half the reps)

(switch hands as needed for all reps)

100 Alternating DB Front-Racked Reverse Lunges

400 Meter Run (together)

80 DB Push Presses

400 Meter Run (together)

60 DB Power Cleans

400 Meter Run (together)

40 Dumbbell Box Step-Overs (use a cooler!)

400 Meter Run (together)

20 Pull-Ups or DB Rows (5 each arm each person)

400 Meter Run (together)

The Kettlebell 300!! (Time)

18 different exercises

10 or 20 reps of each one… try not to put your KB down.

Time cap of 30 mminutes!

Yes, you can do this with a dumbbell.
