pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, CORONA At-Home Workouts – SUB LUNGES, BURPEES for Push Presses and Overhead Squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

Three sets of:

Bridged Dumbbell Skull Crushers x 12-15 reps @ 2010

Rest 15 seconds

Single-Leg Hip Thrusts x 10 reps each leg @ 2011

Rest 15 seconds

Prone Plank x 45 seconds

Rest 60 seconds


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 40 minutes of:

500 Meter Row

400 Meter Run

30/20 Calories of Assault Bike

20 Alternating Pistols or Cossack Squats

10 Strict Pull-Ups
