10 supine piked crunches

15 second hollow body lean on wall

10 wall slides

15 support hold swings on boxes

20 Banded Good Mornings

5 Russian Step-Ups each leg

40-50 meters Overhead Carry w/ Barbell

PERFORMANCE

Deadlift x 4-6 reps @ 31X1

Rest 20 seconds

Tall Box Jumps x 10 reps

(jump high, land soft, then step back down)
