We are going to end the 5×5 progression at the end of August. It’s time to test some 1RM. Today it’s the Dead Lift! Do 10x @ 50% then 5x at 80%, then 3x 90% then 2@ 95% then do singles to failure. After that do 2 sets x5 of Bench press and 2 x5 sets of rows if time allows

For time:
50 Calories of Airdyne/Rower or 800m run
30 Thrusters
800 Meter Run
