We are going to end the 5×5 progression at the end of August. It’s time to test some 1RM.  This week the Back Squat! Do 5x at 20% less than your last weigth then 3x 10% less then 2% 5% less then do singles to failure. After that do 2 sets x5 of Bench press and 2 x5 sets of rows if time allows

THEN: 10 min amrap

  • 10 Wall balls
  • 10  push ups
  • 5 pull ups
  • Run 200m
