Overhead Squats

Warm-up (No Measure)

Dirty 30 Warm-Up

Metcon

Metcon (6 Rounds for time)

Every 6 minutes, for 36 minutes (6 sets) for times:

400 Meter Run

30 Double-Unders

20 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 lbs)

10 Toes to Bar

Please post times for each interval and then sum them for your overall time.
