Ten of each:

pushups, Back Extensions (supermans), situps, air squats, pull-ups, CORONA At-Home Workouts – SUB LUNGES, BURPEES for Push Presses and Overhead Squats


Metcon (Time)

With one medium to heavy DB complete the following around the track:

20 tricep dips

100 m suitcase carry left

20 1-arm overhead walking lunges (10 each)

100 m suitcase carry right

20 goblet squats

100 m suitcase carry left

20 handstand pushups or L-seated DB presses

100 m suitcase carry right

then repeat round with front rack/back rack carry

then last round mixing it up
