Ted, you can get an RSS feed. You can also put it into the “WOD” app on your iPhone to automatically pull the workouts. It doesn’t work perfectly, but it does show that day’s listing. To put it on your phone, go to Settings, then WOD, and put this address in the RSS URL space (or in your browser on the computer).

I actually just checked it again, and it is working great. Let me know if it doesn’t work…
It will show up in the App under “Workouts”, “Today’s WOD”. Then you can pick what day you want. I think it goes back about a week.

I couldn’t agree more. I had every intention of doing at least one of Sunday’s WODs but my hands are ripped and every muscle in my body is sore. Instead of working out I went to Fuller and got a massage. Much better. See everyone tomorrow.
