Today was a walk in the park after thruster day!
Time : 29:29. Bottom line is I can’t run, I jog slowly so I tried to make up the time with my speedy sit -ups and superman fly’s.
Those young hot chicks were awesome this AM…Heather, Carli, Betsy and Amber!! Of course the most awesome was Sara !!!
Georgi…..you were so good practicing your lifts while we were over in the corner solving the world’s problems!
