11:43 – 1 ABMAT for HSPU
The HSPU’s were really hard after doing all those Snatch Balances last night. I think I should have waited until tonight to do this one.
Not my best workout, got a ways to go before my HSPU’s are worth a shit. At least I didn’t break Mike’s nose (may the guilty remain nameless). 10:17 #225 with a lame attempt at HSPU’s then to box HSPU’s.

Marc…you did great! I thought you looked strong on the dead lifts…..granted you need to work on your HSPU…this is coming from someone who can’t even do ONE!!!

OK…back to me: Time: 7:49, DL,110 #’s and box HSPU. I think I could have gone heavier on the weight by at least 5-10 #’s. Note to myself in my journal!
Sorry to skip this one, my lower back is still not quite ready for solid DL workout and I am going to have to exercise some precise time planning to make CrossFit and the fire academy to go along together…

awesome job today crossfitters! I heart handstands so love to see everyone going up on the wall or finding another challenge whether it’s toes on box or toes over bar! Great job, I’m not stellar on DL but do like this workout! See most of you next Tues!

First of all, you guys rocked it tonight! I know being limited to one abmat was a toughy, but whether it was kipping or a “negative” HSPU…I loved seeing everyone challenge themselves with full range of motion. From time to time, your muscles need to experience a little variety and take it to the next level.
