Snatch

Overhead Squat x 3

4 sets (off the rack)
Snatch balance( speed and confidence) + snatch drop(speed and aggressiveness) + heaving snatch balance (foot work)

4 position Halting snatch grip dead lift @100% of 1rm snatch x3

THEN:
Basics:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Box Jumps
10 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches
10 Burpees

Performance:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Power Cleans (155/105 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
10 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
