OUR CLASSES
CrossFit Group Classes
All of our CrossFit classes have a Basic Workout and a Performance Workout. Each person starts out with the Basics and is welcome to perform the Performance workout as soon as he or she has the skills to do so. Performance skills include higher skill level movements such as handstand push-ups, ring dips, and pistols as well as heavier weights in all movements, but especially the Olympic lifts. You can choose either option on any day. You do NOT need to get in shape to try CrossFit – that is our job and we will help ease you in confidently and safely.
HYBRID PROGRAM
A mix of group classes and personal training consisting of Unlimited monthly CrossFit classes plus 1 or 2 personal training sessions per month, or 1 or 2 personal training sessions per week – depending upon your needs and goals.
CrossFit for kids age 6-12
A class for middle or high school students to create better athletes. If you are involved in a sport, we will prime you for your sport, and if you are not, we will make you more fit.”
