Basic & Performance

  • bench press+PAUSE bench press (2 sec) on last rep:
    • 65%x10,
    • 75%x8,
    • 80%x6,
    • 85%x4,
    • 88%x3.
  • clean deadlifts: use clean max. use same form as a clean:
    • 65%x10,
    • 75%x8,
    • 85%x6,
    • 95%x4,
    • 100%x3
  • front squats:
    • 65%x10 pause at the bottom on the last rep,
    • 75%x8 pause at the bottom for the last rep,
    • 80%x6 pause at the bottom for the last rep,
    • 85%x4 pause at the bottom for the last rep,
    • 88%x3 pause at the bottom for the last rep.
  • sotts press out of fs: 1 front squat +5 presses x 5 sets. You select the weight. Remember to get chin out of the way
