- clean deadlifts: use clean max. use same form as a clean:

- 85%x6,
- 95%x4,
- 100%x3
- front squats:
- 65%x10 pause at the bottom on the last rep,
- 75%x8 pause at the bottom for the last rep,
- 80%x6 pause at the bottom for the last rep,
- 85%x4 pause at the bottom for the last rep,
- 88%x3 pause at the bottom for the last rep.
- sotts press out of fs: 1 front squat +5 presses x 5 sets. You select the weight. Remember to get chin out of the way
