3×25 evil wheels
We are going to end the 5×5 progression at the end of August. It’s time to test some 1RM. Today it’s the Press! Do 10x @ 50% then 5x at 80%, then 3x 90% then 2@ 95% then do singles to failure. After that do 3 sets 10 Front Squats!
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
- 10 Heavy Kettlebell Swings or Clean or Power Clean x 2 reps
- 5 Burpees or Burpees over Barbell x 6 rep
