24 Kettlebell Swings

24 Push-Ups

12 Kettlebell Swings

12 Push-Ups


Every 2 minutes, for 18 minutes (3 sets) of:

Station 1 – Single leg Hip Thrust x 15 reps each leg @ 21X1

Station 2 – DB oh tricep extension x 30 reps @ 1010 unless your db is heavy then do 10

Station 3 – single leg L-Sit x 45 seconds each (accumulated time)
